Fencing Net

Fencing Net from Tirumala Industries is a high-visibility HDPE hexagonal safety barrier used on urban construction sites across India to cordon off road works, building excavations, utility trenches and infrastructure projects — keeping pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles at a safe distance from active work zones.

The hexagonal honeycomb mesh provides a strong yet lightweight barrier that is quick to deploy and reposition as the work front moves. Available in high-visibility orange and green, the net is mounted on standard metal posts set in concrete base blocks — the industry-standard temporary fencing system used by municipal corporations, NHAI contractors, metro rail projects and private builders in cities.

Manufactured from 100% virgin HDPE with UV master-batch at the polymer stage, the net withstands months of continuous outdoor exposure on busy city streets — including monsoon rain, dust, vehicle splash and daily handling by site crews. Unlike metal chain-link barriers, it is lightweight, rust-proof and will not injure pedestrians on contact.

Deployment is straightforward: set posts with concrete bases at 2–3 m intervals along the perimeter, attach the hexagonal mesh with cable ties or fence clips, and stretch taut between posts. Safety signage (work in progress, go slow, diversion arrows) is fixed directly to the mesh. When the work front advances, the fencing is quickly dismantled and re-erected at the new boundary.

Applications include urban road and footpath excavation, building construction site perimeters, metro and railway corridor works, NHAI highway maintenance zones, utility pipeline and cable laying, municipal drain and sewer works, and any temporary safety barrier requirement on city streets and commercial developments.
