Quality Raw Materials
We buy only 100% virgin HDPE and LDPE granules from accredited petrochemical suppliers — never recycled or off-spec material. Virgin polymer is what gives our nets their tensile strength, colour consistency and predictable lifespan. Every incoming batch is verified against its mill certificate before it touches a machine.
Polymer-Stage UV Stabilization
Cheap nets are surface-coated with UV inhibitor that washes off within a season. We blend UV master-batch into the molten polymer itself, so protection is built into every strand, all the way through. The result: 5–7 years of outdoor life under direct Indian sun, guaranteed by batch testing.
In-House Manufacturing
Launched in February 2026, our Chennai factory brings together everything our co-founders learned across 10+ years in the plastic netting industry — extrusion, knitting, finishing, testing and packing all under one roof. No outsourced steps means no quality blind spots, and we can trace any roll back to its raw material batch within minutes.
Bulk Capability
With 15+ high-speed machines at our Chennai facility — launched in February 2026 — we comfortably handle orders of tens of thousands of rolls, with staggered dispatch schedules for phased projects like government plantation drives and large construction sites.
Custom Sizes
Standard sizes ship from stock, but real projects rarely fit standard dimensions. We produce custom widths, lengths, mesh sizes, GSM weights and colours on bulk orders — cut, packed and labelled to your specification, so material lands on site ready to install with zero wastage.
