1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Tirumala Industries, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Products and Specifications

Product images on this website are representative. Actual colour, texture and finish may vary marginally between production batches. All dimensions, GSM values and shade factors are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances of ±5% unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to improve or modify product specifications without prior notice, provided performance is equal to or better than the published specification.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST, freight and insurance unless explicitly included. Raw material price volatility may require re-quotation for orders confirmed after validity expiry.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of agreed advance payment and our written order acknowledgement. Standard payment terms are 50% advance with order and balance before dispatch, unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

Custom-manufactured products (non-standard sizes, colours or specifications) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

5. Delivery

Quoted lead times are estimates made in good faith. While we make every effort to meet them, we are not liable for delays caused by transport disruptions, raw material shortages or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

6. Inspection and Claims

Please inspect goods upon receipt. Claims for shortage, transit damage or incorrect supply must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photographs and batch labels. We will replace or credit verified claims at our discretion.

7. Warranty and Liability

Our products are warranted to conform to their published specifications at the time of dispatch. UV-life figures are typical values under standard test conditions and depend on installation, geography and usage; they do not constitute a fixed-duration guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop loss, project delays or loss of profit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and product data — is the property of Tirumala Industries and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for fair personal or evaluation use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
